Great product. Great to be able to move the unit around (even up the end of my garden in my shed)
Also the facility to have it on silent with just the light flashing, just stick it somewhere in the living room, really good.
All at a very competitive price.
Without doubt the best doorbell I have had or seen.
I highly recommend it

I cannot praise this enough, my wired doorbell decided to give up the ghost so that was that. So went onto Amazon and looked for wireless door nell to save any messing about. This came up top for me, so I ordered it. It arrived very quickly and I had it set up within a matter of minutes. You stick the button part outside which lights up blue when pressed, and place the main unit in a suitable position. There are screws to affix the main unit to the wall if you desire.
I preferred to have the unit mobile, so I could take it with me into the kitchen if I had the door to the lobby shut etc so its very handy like that. There are a heap of songs to choose from and some seasonal ones as well and its very loud on max volume. I am very pleased with this purchase and I recommended it to my mum who is also delighted with her one.
If this helps you in anyway please click the helpful button please, thank you.

I have by necessity tried several different bells, none of which compare to the quality and reliability of this one

After scouring the endless number of bells on Amazon and dismissing a great many of them due to mixed reviews, I dubiously settled with this one and oh am I glad I did.

Does exactly what it says on the tin: doesn't mess about as in ringing randomly or not ringing when the button is pressed. The bell has quite a lot of melodies to choose from including classical and Christmas tunes as well as the typical doorbell melodies. There are also three volume settings to choose from with the loudest being able to be heard from the garden. Instructions are clear, battery for the transmitter is included and the kit is very easy to set up. There is no plugging the receiver into sockets; just hang on the wall or place somewhere secure. For mounting, you can either use the double-sided sticker in the size of the bell or the wall plugs and screws included.

I've had this bell for about a month and a half now and it's working as great as ever. Don't hesitate, just go for this one. You'll be glad with its relia-BELL-ity...*chuckles*

UPDATE (29/07/14)

For anyone still curious, the bell is still working just as fine as it did on the day I received it.

UPDATE (30/08/15)

The batteries in the receiver ran out a short while back and the supplied CR2032 battery in the transmitter has just gone flat but they cost next to nothing to replace. After a quick battery replacement, everything is working just as it did on the first day I bought it, without any bugs. Pretty impressive for a bell purchased 20 months ago.

We didn't much care for most of the tones on this - we wound up going with the very first standard doorbell sound.
I chose this one primarily because of how the others (very similar) had 50+ tones on it?!?! And you have to cycle through to get to the one you want (again, and if you miss it - again and again) - this was applicable on the other units as well.

THIS however had some rather hilarious tones on it for a doorbell (including a Christmasy one! There's one's with birds chirping and ones that make you feel like you're in a scary carnival!) LOL

But was VERY easy to set up, and then picking the tone, we decided immediately the very first - standard doorbell tone was spot on.

We have ALSO Tested this in the area of the flat where we have all our 'tech' (Wi-fi, router, all sorts)
We put this on the OTHER side - and it still managed to receive from the transmitter (the actual doorbell)

The adhesive on the backside of the doorbell - is very good - my husband has said if it does ever come down we'd definitely put this back up again. (So many people just chuck it if something like this fails - they don't give it a chance.. that's utter waste!)

This does take 2 - AA batteries (not included).
This also has the different modes - where you can put it on silent (if you have little ones napping for instance) - it has a flashing light that sets off.
We've tested all the modes it has (also one for hearing and vision impaired (one where the light and sound goes off!)
We just have it with the sound going off.
The volume is nut HUGELY adjustable, but definitely can adjust it to some degree and really - VERY happy with this!!
I don't see these as a long term solution, but as a renter - with a door - without a doorbell, Very happy!

Plus the receiver (where the sound comes from) - is mobile. You can take it with you out on the balcony, in the garden, in the kitchen - so if you are expecting a delivery or company - and you're needing to tend to something - you can take the receiver with you.
We are in a (let's say) Standard size 2 bedroom 1 bath flat. Very large kitchen and lounge. We have tested this in every room and at the farthest of points - as well as 'in and around' any tech/wi-fi - or otherwise - and it's done just fine.
Very good price and very good product! :)

Extremely easy and convenient, came with a sticky-backed pad to fit the push button onto door-frame. The receiver's batteries are NOT included but the push button battery does come in the box. Three volume settings, many tunes as well including holiday themes and a couple of basic ding-dong chimes and both the button and receiver have pleasing blue lights when activated.

I recommend buying the white model instead of black to that you can write your door number straight on to the button unit with a Sharpie - I did NOT find enclosed a pre-cut piece of paper to use as a label on the black set and had to fiddle with scissors and a glue-stick.

I liked the styling and the music quality was remarkable from such a small unit - certainly among the very best I have heard. The missing star from my rating was just a precaution, as I have only had the door bell for a few days and it has been my experience from the previous three bells I have recently owned that after six months of use is about the time I shall discover whether or not my purchase has been a sound one or otherwise. Based on my opening sentence, I'm really pleased with my purchase. If I had any immediate reservations, then they would relate to the provision through the shape of the base of the unit for it to stand on any flat surface, as opposed to hanging it on a wall. As I have six grand-children, mounting high on the wall is a must as otherwise there would be continual manual playing of the full repertoire each time they came to visit! I like it very much and have everything crossed that it will break the mould and stay the distance for me, however hanging it on the wall, means that the wider base holds the unit up to 1cm off the wall, which looks to me a little strange. I like it and am very hopeful.

A good way to replace an old and non working doorbell. In my house I have those first generation electric doorbells that no shop has anymore. After it stopped working I have looked at various solutions but then I found this, which is very nice. The button enclosure sticks to any surface (there is a sticker provided) and you could put the ringer wherever you want. The only issue is that the chime is not very powerful, so for example if you are listening some music with your earphones you would not be able to hear it clearly.

My old doorbell stopped working more than a year ago. I was put off by the electrics to fix it or the thought of paying someone else. I ordered this product. It arrived swiftly. It took barely five minutes to set up. It fits my door perfectly. It is fantastically good value for money. I am kicking myself that I did not buy it a year ago. It would have saved the handwritten notes saying "bell not working. Please knock". I have already recommended it to at least two people. It helps too that I like one of the chimes. I have placed the chime box centrally, but it's a plus that I could move it, if I'm upstairs and worried (unduly) that I might not hear it. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Not that great. I thought the reviews were convincing enough to seal the deal but I was left disappointed. There are a number of different melodies but other than the first one which is a basic ring the rest are too long to be any use. By the time the melody finishes the guy at the door would be long gone whilst it continues to ring. It's not that loud either. I struggled to hear it when in the kitchen with the microwave, grill etc on. It's also battery operated which is a hassle to change. I think I'll get another plug in one which will be better. Finally I chose this becuase it looked the best of the worst. But in reality it isn't nice to look at either.
